With the app, GRS plan members can easily complete tasks such as enrolling in their workplace plan, selecting or changing their investments, make contributions, name, view and edit a beneficiary, and much more.
Her two main accountabilities are being a coach and an assistant.
As a coach, Ella asks members to take actions that benefit their health or financial wellbeing.
As an assistant, Ella makes life easier for members by highlighting information and presenting helpful ideas at just the right time – the result is personalized to each member. Caring, knowledgeable and optimistic, Ella provides relevant information, insight, and advice, surfacing important information the plan member might have otherwise missed, all while guiding them in how to take action.
