Along with her responsibilities to execute on Sun Life’s Client impact strategy, Cheryl is accelerating Sun Life Canada’s journey toward becoming a digital-first organization working closely with her technology and Client experience partners.
Cheryl is a seasoned leader and skilled professional with more than 25 years of experience in operations, transformation and Client service roles. Before joining Sun Life in 2020, she most recently held the role of Chief Operations Officer, Manulife Canada. Here she was responsible for defining the vision and strategic direction of the Client Experience Organization. Prior to that she was accountable for Enterprise Transformation Delivery for Manulife Financial.
Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys traveling and golfing with her family and friends, as well as taking time to support community charities such as United Way and Junior Achievement.
