We’re evolving the Sun Life experience to make it easier for your plan members to manage their plan when and where they want.

How to use Alexa voice commands and why

  • Your plan members can have access to more information about their benefits by simply asking Alexa, like “Alexa, submit my last physiotherapy claim for me.”
  • Remind them they can also easily check their workplace benefits by connecting and engaging with their:
    • Alexa device or
    • My Sun Life mobile app or
    • Mysunlife.ca
  • You can also share the attached updated flyer to help them manage their benefits by voice.
  • Check our Digital Innovation page under the Voice enhancements with Alexa updated tab. You’ll be able to let your plan members know about Alexa’s new voice skills.
