Account Executive Development Program

Program description:

The Sun Life Account Executive Development Program is a new graduate rotational training program that will prepare you for a fast-paced career in sales as a Sun Life Account Executive. During the program, you will receive individualized learning opportunities and coaching from the Program Manager and Business leaders.

Rotations:
This is a 2 year program, where you’ll rotate into 2 roles as a Group Underwriter and Service Specialist, spending approximately 1 year in each role.

Business lines:
Group benefits: group underwriting, sales and service in group business development.

Career path:
Small market account executive, mid/large market account executive, account and sales management.

Hiring locations:
Placements Canada-wide with training programs in Toronto, Waterloo, Québec City, Montréal, and Calgary.

Eligibility:
If you are a recent university or college graduate or will be graduating in the spring of the following year, you are eligible to apply for the Account Executive Development Program.

Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process takes place throughout August–October every year.
